BarrLier

BarrLier is a specific software developed by L.I.E.R. and its partner SIMTECH with a double objective:

On one hand, used as a pre-processor, BarrLier make easier the data input of numerical models, particularly for the test conditions described in the EN 1317 European standard. BarrLier enables the integration of vehicle models included in our library into the model of the device to be tested, including all relative data such as the approach angle, the speed and the contact characteristics.

On the other hand, BarLier can allow the user to treat in an optimized way the numerous results got from experimental design studies. So, this software facilitates the parametric study of the simulated crash configurations and enables the development of optimized devices.
