IFSTTAR (French institute of science and technology for transport, developtment and networks): On January the 1st, 2011, LCPC and INRETS merged into IFSTTAR, the French institute of science and technology for transport, development and networks. So LIER became a subsidiary of this new company.

INRETS (French National Institute for Transport and Safety Research): INRETS created its subsidiary company L.I.E.R. in 1993 in order to perform crash tests on road safety systems.

COFRAC (Comité Français d'Accréditation): Le Laboratories section of COFRAC conducts audits at L.I.E.R. for its quality accreditation following the ISO/CEI 17025 standard.

ASCQUER (Association pour la Certification et la Qualification des Equipements de la Route): ASCQUER is the French certification notified body for the CE marking of road safety systems.

SIMTECH (Simulation and Technology): SIMTECH is the L.I.E.R. partner for its expertise in the field of computer modelling.

SER (Syndicat des Equipementiers de la Route): SER is the trade association of road equipment french industrial companies.

ERF (European Union Road Federation): L.I.E.R. is member of the "Road Restraint Systems" working group of ERF.
